chew: what's cooking?

A new edition of CHEW is finally being printed. Apologies for the delay but we love to polish our editions before they are sent out in the real world.

The theme is COOKING. This issue invites you to delve into the wonders of cooking, its history and the joys it brings. We meet a cat with secret cooking skills and a funny couple of insects that have aspirations to become chefs.
We interview some of our favourite chefs, namely Korean chef Judy Joo, Chef Tillak from Dishoom, Joseph and Christine from Shokudo.

And we play with food, as ever!
