happy end-of-summer news

It might be the end of the Summer but we are keeping cheerful as we have many happy news to share:

- a new issue of Anorak is going to the printers today and will be out October 4th, woohoo! The theme is PLAYGROUNDS. We explore why we love them, how they have evolved over the last 200 years and interview the best playground makers, Monstrum.

- if you live in or are planning to go to Milan, we recommend you visit The Museum of Children's Notebooks. We were lucky enough to see their archives a few years back and it is pure joy. It houses old children's school books and diaries, dating from 1773. 

- fans of Teletubbies, rejoice as The House of Teletubbies is coming to London for 2 days only (26th to 28th September). Expect incredible art celebrating these children's TV icons, from artists such as Jon Burgerman and Christian Cowan. Details here.
